TradeNuro Privacy Policy
TradeNuro is an educational stock-research app. We collect only what we need to run it.
What we collect and why

We do not collect:
- your income, net worth or investment goals;
- your brokerage login details (you sign in on your brokerage’s own site, never in TradeNuro);
- payment card data (Apple, Stripe and PayPal handle payments; we receive only subscription status, plan and dates);
- contacts or precise location;
- advertising identifiers.
AI Analyst and our AI provider
When you ask a question, we send the question and the relevant TradeNuro market data (for example a signal’s levels and indicator values) to our AI provider, Anthropic, PBC, to generate the answer.
- We don’t store the text of your questions on our servers.
- The provider processes it under its commercial API terms: it does not use this content to train its models, and keeps it only for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring.
- You must consent in the app before your first question, and you can turn this off in Settings.
- Please don’t include personal financial information in questions.
Connected brokerage accounts (optional)
Linking is currently available only for paper (simulated) trading accounts, and only to a limited group of users. If you choose to link a brokerage account on the web dashboard:
- What we receive. We receive an access token from your brokerage, which you authorize on the brokerage’s own site. We use it to show you your account status, balances, positions and recent orders, and to send orders that you enter and confirm.
- What we store. We store the access token, encrypted. We also store your connection status, the last 4 digits of your account number, a record of the orders you submitted through TradeNuro (including your brokerage’s response), and a record that you accepted the authorization notice (time and version). Connection, disconnection and order events are also recorded in our security logs. Balances and positions are fetched from your brokerage when you open the page and are not kept.
- How we protect it. The token stays on our servers. It is never sent to your browser, written to logs, or shared with our AI provider or anyone else.
- Disconnect and deletion. Disconnecting deletes the token. Deleting your TradeNuro account deletes the connection. The order and acknowledgement records are kept as a compliance record with your identity removed. Security logs follow the retention period below.
Service providers
We use cloud hosting and database services, Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store, Apple Push Notification service), Google (Continue with Google on the website, and Google Workspace email to deliver sign-in codes), Stripe and PayPal (web subscription payments), the brokerage you choose to link (only if you link one) and our market-data provider (which receives no personal data). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Market data sources
Market Data from Tiingo.com — US stocks, forex, metals and crypto prices.
Stock prices are end-of-day unless clearly labelled otherwise. Forex, metals and crypto prices show the time of their own quote. Our market-data provider receives no personal data.
No selling, no ad tracking
- We don’t sell or share personal data for advertising.
- We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Retention

Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings. If you signed in on the website with Google or an email code, email contact@shahidllc.us from that address to delete the account.
- Sign out of all devices at any time: Settings → Security.
- Turn off notifications or AI consent at any time.
- Privacy rights by location. Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, the EU or the UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data. Contact contact@shahidllc.us.
Security
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS).
- Production databases are encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.
- Brokerage access tokens are additionally encrypted by our application.
- Access is restricted and logged.
Children
TradeNuro is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and tell you in the app when changes are material.
