TradeNuro Terms of Use

1. What the service is

TradeNuro publishes rules-based technical analysis of a fixed list of US-listed stocks. It provides:

  • BUY, SELL and HOLD signals;
  • indicator readings and price levels;
  • an AI assistant that explains published signals.

The service is educational and impersonal. Every subscriber on the same plan receives the same signals. We do not know your financial situation, and we do not consider it.

2. Not investment advice

  • No adviser relationship. Nothing in the service is personalized investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. We are not acting as your investment adviser, broker-dealer or fiduciary.
  • Your decisions are your own. Signals and levels describe what our published rules detected. They are not recommendations that any security is suitable for you. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions.
  • Consider a professional. Consult a licensed professional before acting.
  • What the “technical score” means. It counts how many of our indicators agree. It is not a probability of profit and does not predict outcomes.
  • Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance, including our live signal record, does not guarantee future results.
  • Backtests are hypothetical. Backtested and paper-trading results are hypothetical. They were produced with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect actual trading, and have inherent limitations.
  • The AI assistant can make mistakes. It is limited to explaining our published signals and methodology. It will not provide personal advice.

3. Market data

  • Data may be delayed. Prices are labelled “Delayed” unless our data licences permit real-time display. Data comes from third-party providers.
  • Data may be wrong. It may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or availability.
  • Personal use only. You may not redistribute market data obtained through the service.

4. Accounts

  • Sign-in. You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; see section 5.

5. Subscriptions (Apple In-App Purchase)

  • Plans. Basic and Pro, billed monthly. Current prices are shown in the app before purchase.
  • Billing and renewal.
    • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
    • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • scrape, resell or redistribute signals or data;
  • reverse-engineer the service;
  • use it to manipulate markets;
  • misrepresent our signals as personalized advice to others.

7. Our trading policy

The company and its personnel do not trade a security in the three trading days before or after we publish a signal on it.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • No warranty. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
  • Liability limits. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes, termination, governing law

  • Changes. We may update these Terms and will notify you in the app.
  • Termination. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Governing law. The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia apply, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

10. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple’s standard EULA terms that apply to third-party apps also apply.
